Heat and sun-loving perennial that grows larger each summer.  A very tough plant that will reach up to five feet in diameter.  Small, red tubular flowers attract hummingbirds. Freezes to ground each winter.

Aromatic Aster Aster oblongfolius 3' Grey-green low growing foliage grows through summer.  Plant is covered in purple daisy-like blooms in fall.  Freezes to ground in winter.
Artemisia Powis Castle Artemisisa X powis castle 3' A low-growing herb with light grey, feathery foliage.  Usually evergreen.
