SAWS Recognized as Top Workplace

San Antonio Water System isn’t just a great utility. It’s also a great place to work. SAWS was recently named one of the city’s Top Workplaces by San Antonio Express-News and Energage.

image“SAWS employees are committed to providing quality service to the community 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring San Antonio enjoys sustainable, affordable water services for generations to come,” said Robert R. Puente, SAWS president/CEO. “I’m proud to serve alongside them as one of San Antonio’s premier employers.”

The Top Workplaces award is based on results from an employee survey. Workers are asked to evaluate their employer on company values and leadership; opportunities for training and career progression; quality of managers and overall working environment; and employee pay and benefits.

This is the fifth time SAWS has been awarded the Top Workplaces honor since 2011. To find out how you can become part of the SAWS team, visit saws.org/jobs.
