We know your time is valuable and when you need answers to questions about your bill, SAWS aims to make that process as efficient as possible for you.
Whether you prefer online or phone communication, there are several ways to reach us — it’s all part of our ongoing effort to make customer service more accessible to better serve you.
Online Chat
- To chat with a customer service rep 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Fri., visit saws.org/chat.
Call Center Saturday Hours
- Our call center is open Saturdays 8 a.m.-noon for payments and account inquiries at 210-704-7297. Weekday hours have expanded to 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Callback Option
- During busy call center hours, callers will receive the option for a callback. You will not lose your place in line. Simply input a specific phone number or the system will use the one that appears on caller ID. When your turn comes up, the system will call you back.
