Your head finally hits the pillow at midnight when you remember — I forgot to pay my SAWS bill. No problem. Interactive pay-by-phone services are now available at 704-SAWS (7297).
The new service allows customers to key in their payment information using the telephone's keypad and the friendly, pre-recorded voice messages to help you through the payment process.
You can also check your account balance, verify your last payment, and confirm the most recent amount billed. Payments will still be accepted by mail, online at saws.org, or in person at 100 convenient locations, including most H-E-B stores.
There is no service fee and pay-by-phone services are available 24 hours, seven days a week. You can also reach pay-by-phone directly at 704-7234.
