Proposed Affordability Discount
Effective January 13, 2009
SAWS offers four levels of affordability discounts for residential
customers who meet the income eligibility requirements.
To receive the discount, a customer must apply with the city of
San Antonio Community Action Division. Program qualifications
include being a SAWS customer, qualifying with CAD and meeting
the federal income assistance guidelines.
