Fats, Oils and Grease Fee

Effective Jan. 1, 2017

The Fats, Oils and Grease fee funds the Grease Reduction Program to aid in the prevention of sanitary sewer blockages, obstructions and Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs) caused by the accumulation of fats, oils and grease discharged into the sanitary sewer system.
