WATER STEWARDSHIP FOR SAN ANTONIO’S FUTURE
San Antonio Water System is committed to securing, protecting and managing our most precious resource in a responsible and proactive manner. Over the past 25 years, SAWS has successfully secured new water supplies for our growing city from seven different sources. To effectively manage this diverse water portfolio, SAWS has also pioneered best-in-class water conservation programs and practices to help homes and businesses make every drop count.
Rounding out the utility’s water stewardship priorities is a renewed focus on reducing non-revenue water — sometimes referred to as “water loss” — to ensure SAWS continues to deliver sustainable and affordable water services to the San Antonio community for generations to come.
