SAWS Annual Reports

2009 Annual Report
In 2009, SAWS' financial position remained strong with a healthy equity ratio and solid debt ratings. The community also endured – and even thrived – during a record drought because of smart planning and our commitment to providing sustainable water services and delivering those services in a reliable and affordable way.

2008 Annual Report
In this Annual Report, we are sharing some of the "Refreshing Ideas" that will drive the utility into a successful future. As San Antonio's major water utility, we are going beyond what is expected and acting on that urgent responsibility to be conscientious stewards of not just our water supply, but of the environment as a whole.

2007 Annual Report
San Antonio Water System finished 2007 with another strong fiscal performance despite unusually wet weather that resulted in decreased revenues. Sound fiscal health, new partnerships and operational success will drive our region forward for many years to come.
