Ernesto Arrellano Jr.

An investment operations analyst with USAA, Arrellano brings 30 years of accounting and business experience to his service with SAWS, including work in both the public and private sectors. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1983 to 1990, and has worked at USAA for seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from UTSA.

Arrellano was born and raised in San Antonio and is married to Annette Arrellano. He has two sons, one attending UTSA, the other at South San Antonio High School.
