We take great pride knowing that you trust SAWS to provide our community with sustainable, affordable water services. Our aim is be a trusted steward of your resources, including your money.

In that spirit, SAWS has launched a tool that allows the general public to report suspected unethical activity.

If you suspect unethical, dishonest or even illegal behaviors involving SAWS, its employees or its vendors, you can report it anonymously through an independent, third-party-managed ethics hotline.

The ethics hotline will help SAWS maintain the highest standards of excellence, integrity and respect.

The ethics hotline is exclusively for reporting ethical matters. If you have questions about your bill, service outages or other emergencies, please call 210-704-SAWS (7297).

If you want to report water waste, please use our online reporting form.

Is it honest? Legal? Ethical? Call the toll-free ethics hotline at 800-687-1918 or visit to file an anonymous report.
