Through SAWS Cares, employees make a difference in the community by participating in a variety of volunteer activities to benefit local charitable and nonprofit organizations. SAWS Cares raises the bar as a corporate citizen and operates using the motto of “leading, serving, giving.”
Fundraising for the Community
SAWS Cares supports many organizations and annually organizes the SAWS charity campaign to raise awareness and funds for deserving groups.
Volunteerism & Donation Drives
SAWS Cares also organizes volunteer efforts and activities. These efforts include participating in community events such as the San Antonio River Foundation’s Basura Bash. SAWS Cares also coordinates internal SAWS donation campaigns, including food drives and holiday baskets for children at St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home and local shelters.
By organizing these efforts throughout the year, SAWS Cares is always ready to serve the community and improve the lives of San Antonians one project at a time!
