If you are a registered SAWS backflow tester, we want to make you aware of upcoming system maintenance that may affect your ability to file reports on behalf of your customers.
The SAWS web page where you normally submit Test and Maintenance Reports will be offline for maintenance beginning Dec. 18, 2023, and continuing through Jan. 2, 2024.
During that time, you will not be able to submit T&M forms to SAWS via our website.
Testers may resume filing these reports online beginning Jan. 3, 2024. Please hold onto any unsubmitted reports and submit them once the system is back online.
