If February’s winter storm taught us anything, it’s that we need to be able to reach our customers in case of a water emergency, like low pressure or loss of service. If you didn’t hear from us during The Big Freeze, it’s likely because we didn’t have a current phone number or email address to contact you.
Thankfully, there’s an easy fix for that.
Just log in at saws.org/myaccount and look for the “Manage Accounts” button in the upper right corner (or main menu on mobile). Select “Mobile Number” or “Email” to enter your updated information. That’s it!
