Eduardo Parra

Eduardo Parra is the CEO of Parra & Co, a Texas-based engineering consulting firm that offers project management, consulting, engineering and operations to municipal and private clients. He has served as engineer-of-record and engineer-in-responsible-charge for the design and construction of water and wastewater utility projects, disaster recovery and preparedness efforts, stormwater/drainage/flood control projects, as well as energy-related projects in the U.S. and abroad.
In addition to the SAWS Board, Parra is a trustee of Opera San Antonio, the Brackenridge Park Conservancy and the World Affairs Council of San Antonio. He is an alumnus of Leadership San Antonio Class XXXIX.
Parra has a Master of Science in civil engineering and hydraulics from Penn State University and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela.
