Our goal is simple: to offer a helping hand to our neighbors in need. Since water is an essential part of life, we want to make sure no family ever has to be disconnected because they can’t pay their bill.
We started our assistance program in 2000 with just a handful of benefits. Today, Uplift has grown to include many ways to assist customers who need a little help. There’s no need to worry about filling out mountains of paperwork. Just submit one application and we’ll take care of the rest.
